IN5ULIN is not a diagnostic tool. Everything on this website is general information, not medical advice, and is no substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Talk to one about your own health, results or treatment. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

IN5ULIN is in development. Features, specifications, availability, release dates and prices described here may change before launch. Product images, illustrations and example charts are for illustration and do not show any individual's results.

Availability depends on regulatory approval in each country and may at first be limited to healthcare professionals.

Placing a pre-order is free and reserves your place in the queue. It is not yet a contract of sale and no payment is taken. Before anything is charged we will email you to confirm the price, delivery date and whether we can supply your country. Your order is only made when you accept that confirmation, and you can cancel at any time before then. Prices shown on the site before launch are indicative and may change; the price in our confirmation email is the one that applies. How we handle your details is set out in our privacy policy.

Reader cartridge refill packs are sold as a monthly subscription. You are charged once a month at the price for the pack size you choose, and postage is included. You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing cycle: the delivery you have already paid for is still sent, and no further payments are taken after it.

Please do not:

• use the site for anything unlawful;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it;
• submit someone else's details without their permission, or submit false or automated orders.

The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy or reuse them for anything else without asking us first.

We link to research and other websites so you can check our sources. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country and can bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
